Feel immediately welcome and at home!

I met new people today that I do want to meet up with again!

Every organisation struggles when it comes to new employees. How do you make them feel welcome, help them get up to speed on what they need to know, and yet not lose their fresh eye on things? And this puzzle gets even trickier when this involves large groups of new employees every month.

Everyone knows the feeling when you walk in somewhere and ask yourself if you are in the right place and if you are expected. It may be that you walk on with great bravado and pretend to be the quiz master or that you wait a little longer and make it clear to everyone that you need coffee first.

We don't think you should ask yourself these questions, because you should immediately feel upon entering that everyone was eagerly waiting for you. You are in the right place and glad you are here! During a welcome day, several teams go to work against each other, but often with each other. Important here is that the resulting dynamic is fun and encourages casual contact with each other.

And to keep it cozy, only the most necessary information is shared. What is the most important thing to know? What questions are asked the most?

During the design we take into account the 4 C's of onboarding:
- Connection: who is who and who should I be with when?
- Compliance: what are the do's and dont's within the organization?
- Clarification: what do I need to know to do my job well?
- Culture: how do I behave and what can I expect from others?

We make sure that all these points are directly and indirectly addressed during the day and that it will be a day to remember!
