Challenge
How do we make our onboarding more attractive to new employees, and ensure that they quickly find their feet in the organization? We received this question from HVO Querido. This organization supports people to regain control of their lives. With shelter, assisted living and day care.
Before you lies the 100-day journal. In the next 100 days, you will get to know HVO-Querido extensively, your workplace, your colleagues, your role within the organization, and working with and for clients.
Solution
We developed the book "Your First 100 Days. For a hundred days, you go on an ‘employee journey’. You meet your colleagues at an introductory breakfast, attend a basic safety training, and watch videos featuring clients. With this you collect information, which you use to crack QR codes. With each completed QR code, you become more and more a part of the organization.
Can't figure it out? Then there is always your buddy: one of your experienced colleagues. For them we developed the buddy instruction book, with tips for a warm welcome, and solutions for the assignments.
